Not boasting or bragging

No Troy + No Vernon + No Lyle = the biggest offensive explosion of the season. Cause that isn't annoying or strange or stupid at all. Where was this offense earlier in the season? (I know, in AAA.)

Frank Thomas went 4-4, with his 26th homerun of the season. AJ (back from the family thing, thankfully, because it probably means it wasn't too serious and therefore okay that I made fun of it) and he was awesome and then less than awesome, but the offense erased the less awesome parts. You know, the way it is supposed to work.

So AJ gets to 10 wins despite the fact that he took the middle month off. However, he had this to say "It's actually underachieving. I'm not boasting or bragging, but I'd like to see what happens if I stay healthy for a full season. Obviously, with the way that I'm pitching now and not overthrowing, there's a good chance of that. I'm really looking forward to next season and finishing up this one strong as well."

Dude, it isn't boasting or bragging, it's like the dream of every Jay, every Jays fan, your mom and even this blogger for you to be healthy for a whole season. I mean, really. Harness it, already.
