Feeling Worldly

Well, Game 1 starts in about an hour (Go Rockies!). Ever since Sunday, when Red Sox ensured that their fans were going to become even more arrogant and unbearable by winning the ALCS, I have been feeling a little agressive.




The Tao of Steib led me to an article by Jody Vance, who wrote a column saying that the Red Sox need to eat "humble pie". Which is fine, I suppose. I could imagine them eating a few other things, but humble pie will do. But, she lost my support when she went after the only Sock I give two figs about. Sure, Papi seems like a doll, and Lowell is very sneaky in his awesomeness, but the team is Manny Freaking Ramirez. So he's a flake who admires his homeruns and has weird hair. The dude is a total original.
