Drunk Jays Fans
are in righteous uproar over some pretty large bullshit the Jays have pulled. Could you imagine any other team doing this, farming out seats to rivals' fans before making them available to every hometown fan? It's disrespectful not only to the fanbase, but to the players, who deserve a hometown crowd when they play at home. I remember reading that BJ Ryan was being heckled by Tiger fans, in Toronto, in his own pen, which is just stupid. It feeds the notion that Toronto is disinterested in this team. And yeah, yeah, it's a shrewd business move, but it's ugly nonetheless.The Tao, in the DJF comments, wants Frank Thomas to rip into the front office over this shit. Maybe Frank can bruise Godfrey's 'giner.
