Hmmm

Well, ever-faithful Roy Halladay once again won "Pitcher of the Year" award. Alex Rios wrenched "Player of the Year" from V-Dub. Dustin "Peaches" McGowan won "Most Improved". Am I the only one that thinks that sounds adorable? I want to win "Most Improved". But it's not quite as noble sounding as the "John Cerutti Award for goodwill, cooperation and character" which, of course, J-effin' Mac won. Top rookie? 3 clues. He's pink, he's round and he's efficient.

So the Angels signed Torii Hunter to a 5-year 90million dollar contract. This comes only a year after signing Gary Matthews Jr. to a massive contract to play centre field. Apparently now he will play the corners.
