Reed came back!! And he was at his sparkplug best. Had a hit, a bb and made a game saving diving catch on a Martinez smack off Acorn. He also was hit by a pitch, which is his true trademark play, but struck out cause he swung.

Doc wasn't overly sharp, but still got the win. VDub, hitting lead-off, went 2-4, with a HR (bomb to the second deck) and 3 RBIs. Matt Stairs hit a triple.



And Casey Janssen had the funniest play of the night (maybe of the season) when for whatever reason, he went ass over teakettle while delivering a pitch. It looked like he was trying to do a kartwheel or something and the ball went flying towards the dugout. He struck out the batter on the next pitch looking and his teammates gave him an ovation when he got back to the dugout. It was great.
