Welcome to the big show, Andy Sonnanstine. You pitched pretty decently (not "fantastic" as Jamie Campbell said at one point. 6 ER does not equal fantastic.) You pitched well enough for me to call for the tasty Tampa bullpen in about the 6th.
All those walks and doubles were very fun in the 9th.
Jeez, Tampa. That 9th did feature two of my dad's favourite humiliation plays. The intentional walk followed by the unintentional walk. And the walkoff walk. Which is almost as fun as the walkoff balk.
Sparrow and the pocket sized reliever both pitched decently, kept things in check.
Adam Lind had a great game. 5 RBIs, a double and a 3 run HR which helped the Jays climb back into it.
I don't know who started the customary beating of the walkoff scorer, but it is very fun to watch. Those were some happy Jays.
